Review: Maybelline Clear Smooth BB Stick

*It has been a killer past two weeks at work. But I'm happy to be back now with a new review.

Clear Smooth BB Stick is a multi-benefit product that combines the benefits of skin care, make-up, and sun block in a stick. It contains salicylic acid that helps clear away pores and imperfections, and mineral clay that helps control shine all day. Dermatologically tested. Recommended for oily or combination skin. Suitable for sensitive and acne-prone skin.

Cheap Thrill #3: Nichido True Colors Powder Blush

A few of my favorite blushes come from a local brand, Nichido. At first glance, you might not think much of them since they come in as basic-as-can-be matte black, round, plastic packaging.

Reel Inspiration #1: Snow White and the Huntsman

Snow White is a retelling of the classic fairytale. With a twist. This version is darker, more gothic. Perhaps, taking its cue from Snow White’s famous features (hair as black as the raven, skin as white as snow, and lips as red as the rose), the movie has a wintery feel to it. I noticed that there’s always a slight grayish cast throughout the film interspersed with a little bit of color. The more colorful scenes are subdued; they never get very crisp and vibrant.

A new series! REEL INSPIRATION

Picture sourced from: http://www.chicproductions.com/wp-content/gallery/blog-post-images/cinema1.jpg

Movies are a form of escapism for me. I pop into a cinema for a couple of hours and totally immerse myself in the sights, sounds, and storyline of whatever is showing. And if I fall in love with a movie, I would almost always watch it a few more times and then avail of a copy so I could always relive its magic.

4u2 I-Pro Makeup Set: In Action

In the pictures in this post, with the exception of the mascara, eyeliner, base products and a matte brown shadow for my crease, everything else I used were from the 4u2 palette.
